Andrew Brumme Andrew is a storyteller with a passion for people and projects telling the world's most important stories.

He works as both a communications strategist for non-profit organizations and a documentary film Producer.

He currently leads communications for the Lausanne Movement, a network, think tank and partnership of diverse Christian leaders from every nation working to invite every person to follow Jesus.

As a filmmaker he most recently served as Producer on the award-winning feature documentary In Pursuit of Silence, a meditative and experiential film about silence, sound and the impact of noise on our lives. Previously he produced a feature documentary on a global human rights issue under a pseudonym. His past experience includes marketing Ben Stein’s 2008 documentary, Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed, and Disney’s 2005 blockbuster The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe to the faith and family audience through Motive Entertainment. He specializes in the concept, production and marketing of films,

When Andrew is not working, he loves fine foods and documentary films, though the latter does sometimes feel like work!

Esther Brumme Born in Switzerland to a British mother and an American father, intercultural communications is Esther Brumme's life story. Esther grew up in a north-African neighborhood outside of Paris. Following her French baccaláureat she went on to pursue a BSc Hons degree in German and European Studies from the University of Surrey (UK). She later graduated valedictorian of the Trilingual International Business Master's program from the Université de Haute Alsace (France) specializing in intercultural project management and marketing in German speaking countries.

Best known for thinking strategically and 'outside the box' with a fresh multi-cultural perspective, Esther has worked in marketing communications & branding in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Geneva and Shanghai. Current and past clients include Procter & Gamble, UEFA, Philip Morris, EBU, Alcoa and the World Food Programme. In addition, she has also served as translator, simultaneous interpreter and later as multilingual consultant at medium to large-scale global non-profit events. Finally, Esther coaches her personal branding clients to be understood and embraced by their respective target audiences and countries.

Trilingual in French, English and German and conversational in Mandarin and Italian, Esther is passionate about language, culture and raising her own three children to be lovers of the world. In her spare time, you might find her running, traveling, writing with a glass of wine or spending time with refugees.
